Completion of mandatory short courses - BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS.

Year-2
Enrolment in the MBA program in Healthcare & Leadership from the University of South Wales.
MRCS Part-A examination preparation.
Clinical audits - application & real-time audits.

18 months in secondary care: surgical training.
